1. Drink, Drink, Drink Water!
Do you want glowing skin? It all starts from the inside! In the summer the temperature rises so we sweat more than usual. To maintain moisture levels in our skin and body it is essential to drink at least 2 litres of water a day, even more if you hit the gym or spend the day soaking up rays. So drink on up!!
2. Protection at all times
Sunscreen protects your skin from the sun and damaging effects. The sun can cause premature ageing and wrinkles. We all want youthful looking skin so it is a necessity to use a sunscreen. Make sure you choose at least a SPF 30 for face ideally a SPF 50.
3. Slough Away Dead Skin
Encourage skin cell turnover by exfoliating dead skin to reveal soft, smooth, glowing skin. Exfoliation is great because it helps you get the most out of your moisturizers and self tanners. When you have sloughed off the dead skin the moisturizer can penetrate deeper and the self tanner will go on smoother leaving you streak free!

Help your hair survive the summer. Wether you are at the pool, beach, or soaking up the rays summer can do a real number to your hair. Sun, chlorine, and salt water can be really drying and damaging leaving you with brittle and frizzy hair. A weekly hair mask left on for 30min can address all those issues leaving you with soft tresses all year long!
5. Don’t Forget Your Lips
The summer sun and fun can take a toll on your lips. The skin is so thin it can burn very easily and dry out quickly. First things first exfoliate! No need to spend a lot of money, try a DIY lip scrub. Mix a little honey and sugar together and massage your lips for a few minutes. Your lips will never have felt softer! Then apply a SPF30 lip protectant. Reapply every 2 hours.
